2.1 eVoucher Definition
We refer to the word "Voucher" as "eVoucher" or "eVouchers", this is because our "eVouchers" are generated electronically and stored in the customer's account in digital format. The "eVoucher" may also be printed on paper and used as a proof of acquiring the eVoucher. This printing process depends entirely on the user's "The Customer" preference and it is not a Club Vouchers' requirement.
2.2 eVoucher Content
All displayed eVouchers on our site are created and approved by our Merchant Members participating in the Reward & Loylaty programme offered by Club Vouchers system. Club Vouchers merely provides the platform to those merchants to make these offers available to the public through our site. The contents of displayed offers are revised by Club Vouchers staff prior to publishing online to determine error-free presentation and reliable display. However, the content of the offer details itself including description, validity, location, price and all information related to the offer is the Merchant (Supplier) responsibility. Club Vouchers will take no responsibility whatsoever for the accuracy of the contents being offered by the Merchant, and/or if the Merchant did not satisfy the described deal, gift, discount, offer or group eVouchers.
2.3 eVoucher Delivery
When a customer purchase or get our eVouchers, the system stores the eVoucher into the customer's "MyClub" account. The system also sends a copy to the customer registered email address using email available technologies to ensure safe and accurate delivery as much as possible.
We use third party email delivery systems to minimize spam and junk risks for emails not to be directed to the spam folders of the customer email box. However, Club Vouchers cannot guarantee email delivery to email boxes (Accounts) outside of our control. We have put in place best available methods to ensure our customers' eVoucher are delivered promptly and within a reasonable time frame allowed through online processes.
2.3 Deal eVouchers
Purchased Deal eVouchers are sold on behalf of our Merchant members, eVouchers displayed on Club Vouchers website contains all the details related to that deal and must be examined thoroughly before purchase. Customers must pay particular attention to the expiry dates and other conditions listed on the eVoucher and any restrictions the Merchant may wish to impose. We expect our Merchant members to honour the deal and provide our customers with the best service possible. Club Vouchers take no responsibility if the customer did not see or missed certain conditions displayed on the website prior to purchasing the eVoucher. Refunds on Deal eVouchers are determined by Club Vouchers Refund Policy stated in section 4.
2.4 Gift eVouchers
Purchased gift eVouchers are sold on behalf of our Merchant members and they are governed by certain conditions requested by our Merchant members. A Gift eVoucher will honoured by the issuing merchant up to the value of the gift and expiry date shown on the eVoucher. Gift eVoucher cannot be exchanged for money, the Gift eVoucher must be used in full or in part of the gift value and there will be no refund payable to the eVoucher holder by Club Vouchers or the Merchant should the value of the customer bill falls short of the gift value. The Gift eVoucher must be used during one visit and it will be redeemed at the Merchant establishment. Refunds on Gift eVouchers are determined by Club Vouchers Refund Policy stated in section 4.
‘MyClub’ account provided to our users free of charge, our users are not required to register for ‘MyClub’ account to browse and view contents of club vouchers website. The account registration only required when the user wish to make a purchase or download a free promotional offer. ‘MyClub’ account is mainly used to store and deliver your purchased and downloaded eVouchers. The account is also used to control your private and security information such as the user name, password and purchase history. ‘MyClub’ account can be cancelled and closed at anytime and the user registration will be removed completely from our system.
This refund policy only covers and applies to unredeemed purchased eVouchers of type Deal and Gift. Any other eVoucher types issued by Club Vouchers like “Discount”, “Offer” and “Group” are considered promotional eVouchers that do not have a monetary price and they are excluded from this Refund Policy since there was no purchase transaction took place.
4.1 Our 10 days “No Questions Asked” Refund Policy
It is extremely important to us that you are happy with your “Deal” or “Gift” eVoucher purchase, we will do our best to satisfy your requirements. Our 10 calendar days “No Question Asked” Refund Policy is very transparent. You “The Customer” are entitle for a full refund of your purchase price for unredeemed “Deal” or “Gift” eVouchers within 10 calendar days inclusive the date of purchase and the date of claiming the refund.
4.2 Calculating the Refund Period
To calculate the refund period is simple, for example, if you made your purchase on the 10th of the month, your entitlement will start on that day the 10th and will end at midnight on the 19th, a straight forward 10 calendar days’ calculation. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any refunds after the Refund Period has elapsed, this is due to our present arrangement with our merchant members who supply you with these deals and offers. Please refer to “Understanding how refunds work” below for limitations as why we are unable to make a refund after the 10 days’ period has ended.
4.3 Understanding how refunds work
Club Vouchers acts as a marketplace platform for businesses (Merchants) to display and advertise their products and services to you “The Customer”. We have negotiated with many businesses to bring you great and exciting deals at lower rates and make them available to you through Club Vouchers website.
When we sell you an eVoucher, we are actually collecting the payment on behalf of the business (the Merchant), we also agreed with the merchant to settle the collected payments twice a month. The first payment period usually falls on the 15th of the month. The second period usually falls at the end of the calendar month. This approximately 15 days’ cycle requires up to 4 days to settle the merchant account. Therefore the 10 days refund period is our maximum period that allows us to issue a refund from the purchase date up to the 10th day inclusive before paying the merchant.
4.4 How to request a refund?
The best way to request a refund is to use our dedicated refund email address: email@example.com
Once your request is received, a confirmation will be sent to you confirming that we have received your request.
If your request is made within the 10 days period, the refund will be automatically processed and we will inform you by email when completed. If your request is made outside the 10 days period, we will turn down the refund as stated in our “Refund Policy”.
All our eVouchers are redeemed in the same way, when you buy a “Deal” or “Gift” eVoucher or get a promotional free “Discount, Offer or Group” eVoucher, the actual eVoucher is placed in two locations:
5.1 Understanding your eVoucher
Your eVoucher contains a QR code that identifies the authenticity of the eVoucher, this code represents the unique numbering system assigned to each eVoucher. This number system is exclusive to Club Vouchers issued eVouchers and can only used and redeemed at Club Vouchers participating merchants.
5.2 Redeeming your eVoucher
Your eVoucher will be read by our Mobile App called “ClubMerchant”, and its available for the iPhone and Android mobile devices. The App is downloaded by the Merchant’s staff and ready to use when you present your eVoucher.

We would like you to feel that you are in good hands and we are always available to solve any issues, and we do our best to help make your experience pleasant and enjoyable. Club Vouchers’ uses the latest technologies to ensure smooth and reliable exchange of information between our server and our Merchant members. Sometimes for reasons beyond our control systems may be down or Internet connection not available to redeem your eVoucher correctly. In this case we ask the Merchant to give us a call to help solve the situation by accessing the system directly and provide back up answers for the Merchant.
We take privacy and security matters very seriously, protecting your personal information is important to us. Club Vouchers website uses encrypted SLL protection for data handling. You can identify this security layer by the lock symbol displayed at the start of your address bar and the http address is replaced with https indicating that http over Secure Socket Layer (SLL). HTTPS encrypts user page requests as well as the pages that are returned by the web server.
6.1 Data protection
Club Vouchers server settings provides appropriate security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system. Club Vouchers is committed to prevent unauthorised access and ensure the correct use of information. Our system developers have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information used within the system.
